When African Concrete Products (ACP) first reached out, they were looking for a new website and help setting up their social media presence. On the surface, it sounded like a straightforward digital refresh. But after a few deeper conversations with the Chairman and team, I realised they needed more than that.

They didn’t just need platforms—they needed a clear story, a strategic foundation, and a way to connect their work to a larger purpose.

  • Creating a Value Creation Model, aligning ACP’s key focus areas with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to show how their work contributes to global progress.
  • Repositioning the brand, moving from “a reliable concrete supplier” to “a forward-looking player in sustainable African infrastructure.”
