Repositioning ACP for Growth – Strategy, Brand & Digital Transformation

Client: African Concrete Products (ACP)

Role: Lead Consultant & Creative Director

Collaborators: Creative Colab (Social Media, Photoshoot, Documentary)

Client Goal

ACP approached me with a request to revamp their website in response to declining sales and low brand awareness across the country. Their assumption was that a better online product showcase would fix the issue. However, through early discovery and analysis, it became clear that the company needed a more comprehensive solution — one that addressed both brand strategy and business development.

Approach & Solutions

I led a full-scope transformation of ACP’s brand, strategy, and digital presence, focused on repositioning them for long-term growth and relevance.

  1. Digital Presence
  • Designed and developed ACP’s new website, built to showcase their legacy, products, and capabilities in a modern, user-friendly format.
  • Launched and structured their social media presence, laying the groundwork for ongoing engagement and brand visibility.
  1. Strategy & Sustainability
  • Facilitated the definition of ACP’s sustainability goals, aligning them with global development frameworks and positioning ACP as a responsible industry leader.
  • Created a Value Creation Model to articulate their core impact and business advantage to stakeholders.
  • Advised on a forward-looking business development strategy that supports expansion and stakeholder engagement.
  1. Visual & Narrative Assets
  • In collaboration with Creative Colab, directed a full media production including a professional photo and video shoot and a short documentary highlighting ACP’s people, processes, and services.
  1. Facilitator Role
  • Currently acting as a facilitator for investment partnerships, helping ACP connect with investors involved in large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. This phase is ongoing.

Results

  • The brand now has a refreshed, cohesive, and future-facing identity.
  • ACP has experienced a growth in digital engagement, increased client inquiries, and interest from potential investors.
  • The new website and digital assets now serve as both a marketing platform and business development tool.
